Joining the 33rd District Democrats is your first step in becoming active in local and national politics.
You are invited to attend the monthly membership meeting, open to the public, and witness democracy in action. We offer a casual atmosphere, complete with homemade treats and refreshments. You can then become a member on the spot, if you decide. For more information on the time and place of the meeting, click here.
Any registered voter residing within the 33rd District Legislative District who declares himself or herself a Democrat may become a member. The 33rd District Democrats asks for a $20.00 donation fee when you join, but we will never deny membership if you cannot afford the fee. Once you join the organization, you can become a voting member at any general membership meeting. Your dues enable you to receive the DemoChat in your mailbox (postal or securely online), help us defer our meeting expenses, and support our efforts on behalf of Democratic candidates.
